Alexis,
Most important thing I learned from being with you for 3 days (in Lab) -- is that it's possible to speak with owners, neighbors and relatives without being a jerk, threatening or sliming them. I was concerned about the sliminess factor of being in this business and although I know some people will see this as us being predators, sharks, vultures whatever, I think you get out of something what you bring to the table and if you don't bring that people will sense that you are not some shark trolling the waters. After the first few phone calls and consorting with my fellow lab mates at dinner it was clear that what you are really doing is 1) trying to get information about what happened and 2) using that information to help the homeowner get out of trouble. If that results in a deal for you then great, if it doesn't then wonderful, you've just helped someone keep their home. I don't think it's possible to understand this until you work with someone ethical and actually see and hear them working with a homeowner. If you just read about it on the site, it's very difficult to get that message.

My favorite part of the Lab was the home visit. It is a very good idea and helps add to the practical elements of the lab, along with the role playing (a tremendous help) and then actually making phone calls. Also, that spreadsheet is a godsend, I don't know how you would get all of this done without that. It's hard to pick a favorite, but I think being able to interact with you and the Coaches is in the top two things about the program and also listening to you take live phone calls from distressed property owners. That was pretty amazing to see you talking to a homeowner in trouble. Calm, poised, concerned, compassionate and offering good advice.

... I wouldn't change anything, the program is pretty phenomenal as it is. It's expensive, but I learned so much that I would be remiss if I were to not say that it is money well spent, provided you follow through and build your foreclosure business, which I intend to do.

Anyway, obviously I loved the lab and know it's just a matter of shifting my priorities a bit so that I can follow through on what I learned in the lab and start... Thank you very much for opening the door and sharing your knowledge.

Alexis,
We are closing on a rehab we just finished. It was an REO purchased at $108,000. After repair value is $157,000. Needed approx $8000. in repairs. With holding and closing costs, we should net $20,000 to $25,000. We put it back on the market at $148,900 and had it under contract within 3 weeks.

Thanks,
Tina Rombilus, SC
Lab and Coaching graduate

Hi Alexis... I'm glad to see that you all are still working hard, this is a huge Foreclosure market and wish everyone the best. (FYI... Short Sales are just as you have told me). I almost closed on two short sales but after the Bank approved the Loan Package and came back with a counter price both Buyers had already purchased another property during the 2 and a half months we were waiting to hear back from the Bank. (Time to get back to doing foreclosures the Alexis way instead! Thank you again for keeping me in your thoughts.

Take care. -Karolyn Peyton, CA

Alexis, I just closed on my first deal this Friday. Since getting your homestudy, it took me 4 weeks of calling and one day door knocking. Will keep you posted after its ready for sale. I am starting renovation/ clean up this monday.

Thanks,

Hi Alexis,
I'm about a quarter of the way through your home study... so far I'm LOVING the material. There's a lot, but you explain things so people like me, who know nothing about this stuff, can understand.
Thank you

RE: You were right!!!
Hi Alexis;
I just wanted to let you know that I placed an ad in the paper, as instructed on your 2008 new CD's, in order to find investors to assign contracts to. By Golly!! It Worked!! The ad came out today and I have already had 3 calls. Two of which were contractors. The other was a woman looking for a rental, so I referred her to my rental agency. But, I made sure that I told her that if she knows anyone having difficulties with their home to give me a call. She said she has a friend who could use my help. This is so exciting!

Thank you so much. I am forever grateful to you and everyone at Foreclosures.com.

Best Wishes;
Deborah Larson

Alexis,
First thing first, I just wanted to thank you oh so much for spending 3 days with me at the lab, yes I know 17 other's where at the lab also, but the way the lab is structured it felt like it was one on one and I was challenged, my fear barriers where torn down (phone phobia). All my questions about title and escrow was not only answered but you took the time step by step and showed us, and you don't know how much YOU mean to me and my family and if you're wondering YES this 6ft 4in 265lbs man is writing this e-mail with tears rolling down my face because I’m so blessed for having the opportunity not only to meet you but to be taught by the best in this business. And you truly care about all of us in the lab and our success..

I drove straight through the night to get home before my wife left for work, so I could thank her for the support and finding the way for me to get to the lab. I also told my son all about this person who touched my life (Alexis).... This is day one after the lab and I’m hitting the phones hard. Monday is too long to wait... talk at you soon....

From our Family to yours we THANK YOU SOOOOOOOOOO MUCH and we LOVE YOU ALL !!!!!!!

Thanks Alexis for the invitation to your special lab grad program. I am doing quite well though since your lab and coaching from Tim... the sales training I received from you is what turned around my investing career. I am working preforeclosures like you taught and working them 100% door knocking. I have found that with time I have become very good at it. If it were not for your sales and people skills training and Tim's coaching I know I would not be where I am today. And FYI I still think of Sarah's article "The Objection Game" all the time. Learning how to take all the negative we get from people and learn from it is invaluable. Thanks again and tell Tim thanks when you see him.

Alexis, I thought the webinar was a great start to a new future. I would gander a guess I spent at about $12000 in the last 10 years to get my foot in the door into the real estate buy and sell and then hold properties programs. All for no avail. Some gurus, huh? Your 7 day trial already researched prove there are more than a few properties in my immediate area. The Master program should answer how to make the deals work. Thanks you for the opportunities ahead.

Sincerely,
Dennis Broderick, NY

What a great way to reach people! I very much enjoyed the phone calls... FANTASTIC.

Alexis, I hope your phones are ringing off the hook!

Re your guests; would like to hear MORE FROM THEM. But, I realize how much info you are trying to pump out in 90 minutes!

I have printed several from your web site. Mostly Mary Kay and Sarah Garlick to help me get started.

Most of my questions were answered by reading ALL the questions at end of webinar...

Okay; 2 deals in 90 days! Hope to be a new success story soon!

Very Best, Mike Monaghan, San Diego
