Tim Rhode

Tim comes to ForeclosureS.com after a long and successful career as a real estate broker. He began as a real estate agent and then built up a small brokerage in Manteca, CA to 11 agents and 5 assistants. "I had closed over 2500 properties in 15 years. I was turning 40 and I wanted to begin a new chapter in my life".

How did Tim Find ForeclosureS.com?

I decided it was time to graduate from being a real estate broker to an investor. I searched the web and found ForeclosureS.com and subscribed to their foreclosure listing service. Pretty sure I didn't need any help; I bypassed their learning programs and tried on my own for a while. I had only partial success in buying foreclosure properties, and became discouraged. I realized I needed to find a better way to work my new foreclosure investment business.

I had been to a seminar in Florida, where highly questionable and even illegal tactics were proposed to us. I knew I could never do business that way and sleep at night. I knew there had to be another way.

I finally checked into ForeclosureS.com learning programs, took their Six Step home study course, and signed up for the next available 3-day Lab. I finally learned, with Alexis' help, how to run an honest and ethical foreclosure business that resulted in benefits to both the distressed homeowner and the investor.

Then What Happened?

After the Lab I put together my first deal where I helped a homeowner out of a bind and netted myself approximately $40,000. Since then I have done about 50 deals using the techniques I learned from Alexis. I am very comfortable with the sense of integrity and honesty that Alexis' methods bring to this business.

We did so well in the foreclosure investment business that my wife Tina and I have virtually retired. I now spend most of my time with Tina and our three children. We currently have a portfolio of income properties and have recently moved to the Lake Tahoe area, after building our dream home. My days include fresh powder skiing in the winter and mountain biking in the summer. Life is grand.

It's time for yet another chapter in my life. My father was a teacher and I share his passion for teaching others. It is time for me to give back to my fellow investors and help them reach the goals they've always dreamed of, but yet to have reached. What Are Tim's Future Goals?

Having just accomplished two major life goals, my current goal is to help my new Coaching Clients excel and meet their goals and dreams. As in the past, I will put my heart and soul in this new chapter of my life. I look forward to expanding my friendship with Alexis and Tim, Mary Kay, Sarah and Daryl, the awesome team at Foreclosures.com and YOU.
