When you return home from the Lab you will want to work with your own hard working Coach over the phone. Your Personal Coach's job is to hold you accountable, point you the right direction, answer your tough questions, and help you BREAK THROUGH your barriers that are holding you back from getting the results you want and DESERVE.
What You Will Receive:
- ONE-ON-ONE Coaching Will Begin with one Phone Session before the Lab (if you order early) and then immediately following your completion of Alexis' 3 Day Lab.
- Your own Personal Coach will be assigned to you, so you have one person who is committed to understanding you and your specific needs.
- 90 days Intensive One-on-One Phone and Email Support by your own Personal Coach.
- Weekly Phone Sessions to keep you on target as well as unscheduled Sessions to use when you need them.
- Lifetime Private Coaching Message board access.
What You Can Expect:
- YOU and YOUR COACH will roll up your sleeves and get to work together on YOUR INVESTING BUSINESS.
- Lay out your GOALS for the 13 weeks after the Lab. At a Minimum we expect you to put money in your bank by closing at least 2 Contract Assignments.
- Determine your personal Strengths and what areas you Need Improvement.
- Re-examine and Perfect your Foreclosure Lead Prospect Parameters.
- Continue Lab Roll Play for Telephone and Door Knocking techniques.
- Continue Lab Intensive work on Overcoming Objections with neighbors, relatives, owners, banks and Realtors.
- Help you Determine the Right Resale Value and Profit Potential your own deals.
- Roll Play and Prepare You for your own Client Offer Negotiations.
- Help you Write Your Own Winning Purchase Contracts.
- Help you find Money Partners so you can earn Quick Finders Fees.
- Help you through your own Short Escrow Closing.
- Help you Price and Estimate Repairs on your own Resale Properties.
- Provide you with Invaluable Lifelong Buying and Selling Skills and Knowledge.
What this IS NOT:
- A Group Conference Call. (You won't have to listen to questions from folks who are not quite as bright as you.)
- An Inexperienced Investor (who is hired to read from someone else's play book).
- Conflict of Interest with Your Coach. (Our Coaches will NOT have their hands in your pockets. They are here to help you close deals and you keep 100% of what you make! Watch out for outside Mentoring programs with Greedy Coaches!)
