second homework will be assigned to be completed before your next Mastermind
Meeting.

Answer questions and direct your efforts with your final farm area and
property types. Review your personal financial situation, your optimal
end game strategy, and what you need to do to secure financing for your
deals.

Mastermind Meeting 2:
You will review your homework results and answer questions - sharing everyone’s
financing packages. You will also discuss the results of your lender and
investor calls and given guidance on the best way to overcome any objections
that may have come up. Daryl will share and review his
Checklists for Analyzing Properties

Rentals Excel Spreadsheet
for various end game strategies. Your third homework will be assigned
to be completed before your next Mastermind Meeting.

Answer questions and direct your efforts with your lender and investor
calls. Review your Example Deal Packages. Review mock deals in your area
and direct your efforts to determine maximum offer prices and best financing
options available for you.

You will review your homework results and answer questions - sharing everyone’s
spreadsheet analysis and proper estimating of top offer prices. Daryl will

Lease Agreements, Eviction Notices, Landlord-Tenant Laws, etc. and Checklists
for Managing Your Properties and Property Managers

Answer questions and direct your efforts with your purchase agreements
and tenant-landlord laws. Review any pending deals and purchase contracts.
Discuss your rental property goals for 2012 and create a plan of action
to execute those goals immediately in your area.
