About Tim:

Tim Rhode loves life! He is living a full, productive "dream life" up in the mountains with his beautiful and multi-talented wife, Tina. They recently built their "castle in the sky" near Lake Tahoe, CA where they and their three kids (ages 25, 22 and 13) and enjoy the great outdoors. Tim is an avid, self-proclaimed "mountain man" and on his off time you'll find him climbing large peaks and either skiing, hiking or mountain biking down them. Tim has boundless energy, and his passion for life and investing is downright infectious. He and his family live in the town where he grew up and he loves to give back by counseling high school students to "find their dream and follow it" and teaches them how to live within their means. Tim is also a local volunteer fireman in his community.

Tim was NOT voted most likely to succeed. He barely graduated high school, and never went to college. When he was 24 years old, he was a part-time grocery clerk, painting addresses on people's curbs to buy diapers for his young children. Then he found his niche selling real estate. Tim first came to Foreclosures.com to subscribe to their property listings . Then he completed the home-study (tapes back then) and then attended Alexis' hands-on Lab . That is when his foreclosure investing business really took off. "I did a deal one week after the Lab, and I attribute it (I made $40,000 and helped a stuck homeowner) directly to what I learned during those 3 days with Alexis." Tim did approximately 50 more deals, averaging $40,000 each over the next 5 years until...he reincarnated himself again.

His Success:

Tim saw the market was peaking and sold and exchanged most of his homes, duplexes, 4-plexes, land in the path of growth, etc., that he had acquired over the last 15 years into quality commercial, easy-to-manage properties that throw off huge passive income monthly. He also built his "castle in the sky" for cash. Now you know why Tim Rhode loves life. Tim sold over 2,000 homes from 1986-2000. He also bought numerous rental properties during this period and "retired" from selling at age 40 to begin a "new incarnation" buying distressed real estate.

It wasn't always easy. In 1997, he was a burned-out, frustrated real estate broker not on the track he wanted to be on. Tim smoked two packs of cigarettes a day and consumed a poor diet. Have you ever been at a point in your life where you say to yourself, "I'VE HAD IT! I DON'T LIKE WHERE MY LIFE IS GOING!" Tim had a dream of a "magnificent life" and wrote out a plan to be financially free in 10 years. His plan included major changes in all areas of his life. In 2005 (8 years later), Tim's plan came to fruition when he and his family moved to the mountains and exchanged his real estate holdings. Tim accomplished his plan and now is available to help you create and implement your "dream life plan."

Tim's latest incarnation is that as a Coach for Foreclosures.com. He brings 25+ years of vast real estate experience AND the ability to help people make MAJOR CHANGES in their life. Tim is well versed in all of Alexis' teachings and can help you put the "corner pieces" of your investment puzzle together. "I really enjoy hearing a new student's long-term vision, where they want to go and why they want it." Tim and his student will work together over 90 days focusing on implementing Alexis' system, gradually putting other sources in place, as well as a long-term plan for the student to follow to attain THEIR "magnificent life."
