  • Lay out Your Goals: 1-2 Deals within 13 Weeks.

  • Intensive work on Overcoming Objections with REO Agents, Lenders, Defaulted Owners, Neighbors and Relatives.
  • Help you Evaluate Potential Deals and Determine the Price and Profit Potential for Each.
  • Help you Write your own Winning Purchase Contracts and Contract Assignments.
  • Help you Find Money Partners (or Use Ours) to Fund all your purchases or assignments.
  • Help you Network and Build Your Team of Contractors, Agents, Mortgage Brokers, Title and Escrow Companies and more.
  • Walk you through a Short Escrow and Closing.
  • Develop your Buy and Hold Strategies.
  • Help you Price and Estimate Repairs on your own Resale Properties.
  • Keep you On Track and Focused in the Right Direction to Your Next Deal.
  • Be Your Senior Partner and Help You Close Deals from Beginning to End.

IMPORTANT: We had to limit the amount of clients in the program to Only 15 Clients Per Coach to give the one-on-one help that you need (and allow your Coach the time to maintain their own foreclosure business as well). So please do not wait!
