Who is Michal Ballard and Why Should You Listen to Him?

Michal Ballard, Active Foreclosure Apartment Investor and Syndicator Expert:

From 1986 until 2004 Mike bought, operated and sold several different businesses. Mike worked as a consultant for several corporate turnarounds and even founded a company that has since gone public.

After retiring from Corporate America, Michal turned his talents to real estate and attended several courses at ForeclosureS.com including their Foreclosures Lab . Having a bias toward action, Mike practiced what he was taught and within two years of graduating from Lab he bought and sold over 20 houses and helped three times that many people stay in their homes.

Michal saw the opportunities in apartments with potential for long term financial success and moved to buying distressed apartment buildings in the southeastern United States. He is currently actively purchasing and syndicating foreclosure apartment projects across the US from his home town in Seattle Washington.

Michal currently owns and/or operates over 9 properties with over 1100 units, and has 2 more pending projects which will bring him to over 1700 units owned and growing. All of his apartment deals have been funded 100% through syndication (private investors) with average earnings of approximately $400,000 a year per project to his company alone.

Mike is a real estate instructor and an investment coach for ForeclosureS.com and has been featured in articles in the Seattle Times, Forbes.com and The New York Times. Mike holds BS degrees in Business Administration/Finance and Communications and a BA in Economics from Central Washington University, as well as an MBA with concentrations in Finance, Economics, and Statistics, from The University of Chicago.
