Hi Alexis, The most important thing I learned was the telephone calls and the scrips we reviewed. Listening to the CD's 2-3 times prior to the lab didn't do justice to the information we received at the lab. Because the phone calls are the most difficult part for the majority of us, I felt the role playing, calling clients and the ability to listen to others take calls was essential in my learning curve. Having Sarah and Mary Kay there to help us role play and giving us ideas on how we could handle a call better was really helpful... The favorite part was the food (just kidding). It was great though. I think I gained a couple of pounds in 3 days. My favorite part was meeting you, Sarah and Mary Kay and realizing that you guys are just normal everyday people like the rest of us. (I hope you understand what I mean). Listening to CD's, reading the books, etc. is great, but having a one to one discussion with that person and hearing what they are doing and have gone thru was important to me. It made me realize that if I work hard enough I can make this succeed and if I don't it will be because I didn't follow your steps. I actually cannot think of anything I would change that would fit into a 3 day class. You shared with us the changes that you are making in the future and I think they will be positive for the upcoming classes. Oh, and bringing my spouse to dinner was great. Thank you for that... Again, thank you so much for the opportunity you give to all of us with the wisdom of your 20 years of experience. It was a pleasure meeting you along with Sarah and Mary Kay.
