Alexis. I messed up with your Six Steps program from the start. I tried blending your program with a loss mitigation business which I had previously signed up for. It hasn't worked. I know you said don't wear two hats; thought I could do both. Spent a lot of time with mailers, Yes, I know what you say about mailers. Even though these were loss mitigation mailers, I did not get one response. And the cold calling people in default...well...not good either. Seems a lot of people don't need loss mitigation and have worked out things with their lender, at least the people that still have a phone number connected. I was supposed to make 10K/mo in Loss Mitigation. Have I been scammed? In conclusion: I like your Six Step program, it is the best. Will have to take another stab at doing it your way this time.
