Hi Alexis, I thought the information you shared last night was really educational. I have been viewing your website for probably a year now with many reservations. After last night, I finally decided to order your CD homestudy materials to start investing in foreclosures. I live in Nashville, TN. As you mentioned last night I live in one of those areas where builders can't seem to keep up with demand and there is an "I buy houses" sign at every major intersection. My reservation has been that with people paying a premium for properties there couldn't possibly be any equity if they defaulted (especially with loan companies financing as much as 100% of the purchase price). I liked what you said about making your money on the front end instead of gambling on the property appreciating in value. It realized that you are looking for properties that someone like myself might own (We have moved "up" 4 times in the last 10 years so I have about $250,000 in equity). People who have either bought or accumulated over time at least 30% equity in the property and for whatever reason can't find the means to make the payments anymore. I know now that all I need are the tools and resources to search for these types of properties. With your help, I hope to get started quickly building a business investing in foreclosures.
