Hi Alexis, Here are my comments from just completing your 3 Day Lab. What was the most important thing you learned? Keep on asking questions and making others talk and provide information (rather than me talking), was something I did not pay much attention in the past. Certainly, a great method. Everything you showed us in the Lab was useful. I wish I had known about your lab and techniques many years ago, I would have made a lot of money even in real estate bought through MLS. Thanks again. What was your favorite part of the program? Touring properties, discussing which property needs what and how to value them. Lunch (especially the desserts) at that crepe restaurant was outstanding.
