Alexis,
I just wanted to e-mail you about my first PAYDAY since taking the Lab last week!!!

I contacted a homeowner today who was in denial about her situation, and is days away from having her house listed at the Trustee's Sale. After getting her to talk for a long while, I realized there were too many loans for the deal to make a profit for me, but still close to $150K in equity. And this poor old woman was about to just let it get sold from under her at Auction, because the only people who have contacted her to this point have been SHARKS trying to convince her about the benefit of another loan. She has no friends or relatives to advise her, and everyone wants to scam her...

After befriending her, I recommended that she call her lenders and honestly explain her situation (in denial), that she finally realizes that it is in her best interest to sell her house, and to ask for extensions while she lists the house. I have an aggressive Realtor who is willing to sell below market value, just to avoid the Auction and get it sold if she succeeds. This Realtor was shocked that I was so motivated to help this stranger with a deal that won't benefit me!

This elderly woman was just sitting at home, waiting in denial for the Auction, and probably not had a real conversation with anyone in a long, long time. She was relieved to finally realize that keeping her house was drowning her, but that if she took action, she might walk away with plenty of money to start over. She was so relieved that I cared enough to call her, to encourage her to take action. She was really grateful that "I" called, and wants me to check up with her tomorrow.

I would have never known how to empathize and relate to distressed owners if it was not for you, Alexis. I have never felt this wonderful!!! This feeling is "PRICELESS”!!!

Thank you Alexis!!! Thank you Mary Kay!!!
