Dear Alexis,
I am a newbie to the world of foreclosures and have been aggressively educating myself about real estate as an investment vehicle.

Foreclosures.com was recommended as an excellent source by another website. I had been searching for an ethical mentor and lo and behold this is it!

I ordered your fabulous Six Steps to Mastering Foreclosures and listened to all of it on Christmas day. I was totally blown away by your practical, realistic, been there and done that, explanation of everything you've wanted to know about foreclosures but were afraid to ask. I was particularly amazed at your insistence in taking the moral high ground.

I will be listening to you on January 6th and have signed up for your hands-on lab in March. I've ordered your Shark bait software and the books you recommended to be read as a prelude to the lab.

I won't say that I'm not anxious, but with you and your organization as a mentor, I can't lose.

Thank you,

Elizabeth Randall

Alexis,
I did enjoy the teleconference Thursday last week (12/9). Good info from you and nice to hear from someone like Mary Kay that is such a success from your teachings. Have been extremely busy learning Shark Bait (totally awesome program) and signing up for Dataquick, waiting for floppy now.

I wanted to tell you how nice I thought it was for you to give the gift to those on the teleconference (I had already bought mine with Andy). You are a kind person and it shows that you practice what you teach.

I had read so many of your past articles (I get caught up in the links and before I know it 2 or 3 hours have gone by just reading), and studied, before receiving the 6 steps and getting on the conference call...

That it was sweet knowing some of the things you talked about unlike some of those just getting to hear you for the first time. I especially like the part where the guy asked you where all the VA, HUD and REO inventory has gone, "I BOUGHT IT" you so eloquently put it. Tee Hee, your funny to!!

Thank you for all you do for all of us just starting.

Alexis,
First of all I would like to thank you for a very wonderful inspiring teleconference last night (12/9). I did enjoy every bit of information you provided and having Mary Kay on the call added spark on the call. The call last night was my first time to join your teleconference. I really like the format of the call where in you give some time to your audience to ask questions... what you discussed in the conference and the testament of Mary Kay inspired me more to get into this business.

As a matter of fact, I already signed up with Andy last month for your 3 day Lab scheduled on Jan. 26, 2004 and I just finished listening to your Six Steps CDs too, but I will probably need to listen to it 2 more times before it really sink in. Having to listen to your teleconference "LIVE" motivated me more to get started on this business, good thing Andy sent me that invite to register.

I really want to be successful in this business, and I know I will learn more from you once I attended the Lab, but in the mean time while I wait for the class, are there any advises you can give for me to help me prepare and be successful in this business especially for people with full time job such as myself. I think, no make it I know I am also lacking on people skills and you mentioned that this is critical in this business, so my other question is what steps should I take to develop these skills?

By the way, to help me prepare on this new journey that I am about to embark, I have also bought the Sharkbait software that you recommended on the CD, bought some of the books on your recommended reading specially Jerry Vass and Jim Rohn's book and signed up for one month on your list (Solano County).

Thanks,

Good afternoon:
While searching for foreclosure information on the internet, I stumbled onto your site (foreclosures.com) and saw the information on your 6 Steps foreclosure home study CD program.

Having attended several courses offered by "TV Gurus", I found myself thinking "Is this one any different from all the others?" I went ahead and ordered the CD program. To my delight, it was VERY different!

How was the program different and beneficial? For one thing, it IS NOT a gigantic document supported with tons of CDs on the many different aspects of the foreclosure business. I found 8 CD's in the package with CD number 8 being a summary type review filled with hot links that took me to your WEB site for additional information and clarification of the topic being discussed.

I was very impressed. Thank you so very much for that additional effort to make your material more meaningful to the "newbie" student.

I found each of the remaining 7 CD's easy listening even though they contain substantial content while not causing me to lose interest in the session. The sessions contained sufficient information that I was continually learning without getting bogged down with meaningless detail. Again, CD number 8 provided hot links to provide even further clarification.

To get to the point, I was very impressed with the Six Steps home study course description and support detail provided on your site. I was impressed enough to contact Andy to schedule myself into the 3 day lab and today, to order the Shark bait software. I have installed that software by the way and just reviewing the contained preliminary data, I find it difficult to believe that anyone could fail with your material supported with Shark Bait.

My appreciations for what I consider a job VERY WELL done.

Sincerely,
Jim Boatwright
