Judy & Alexis,
I was very pleased to come home Thursday evening and find your home study course to greet me @ the front door!! I tore into like a rabid dog!

I just completed the first listen and am starting round two shortly to include a thorough delve into each of the links in the outline.

I am very eager to get to my first calls! The course was very energizing and motivating. I made a “Motivational Mantra” sign which is hangin next to my computer. I compiled it from your 4 key points to success. Your level of caring Alexis, is moving and inspirational!

I have also set aside time each day next week with my business partner Pat to listen and go through the cd’s with him.

My goal is to be ready to make the first call(s) by the end of the week. Thanks so much for your timely and quick response to my previous inquiries. That impressed me about both of you!

Just wanted to drop a line of thanks to both of you!

Hi Alexis & Tim,
Alexis, please give me an E-Mail or call. I have built my real estate portfollio up to around $15,000,000 and growing since we last talked. As you know, I owe a lot of it to you and your company. I'm not sure if you are still doing trainings, but if you are, I would like to get involved.

Thank you for your response. I do appreciate how you consistently walk us (Six Steps clients) through whenever we feel like we're hitting a snag.

...We have had some major medical hills to climb over in our family in the last year, we've climbed the mountain, now need to dig out of our hole so to speak. I have already told my partner, when the first one sells, I'm going to Sacramento. Hopefully, that won’t be too far away, and not TOO many more questions for you along the way!

I sincerely thank you for all your support. You cannot begin to imagine how great it feels given all the other scams I have previously bought into! Thank you!

Hi again Alexis,
Andy emailed me and asked me to let you know my reaction to the call last night.

I thought it was excellent and as I mentioned earlier I thought you handled the technical problems with aplomb.

The major accomplishment as I see it was confidence building, the mechanics are all on the website. The comments of Mary Kay really served to build the feeling that it can be done. (I trust that she's not the Mary Kay of pink Cadillac fame).

Anyway I enjoyed it a lot and I believe it's definitely worthwhile. It's one more example of your incredible support.

Alexis,
I just wanted to say thanks for the great teleconference last night. Hearing Mary Kay share her experiences was quite inspirational and motivating. Thank you for clearing up my confusion regarding assigning a deal or bring in a money partner. Assignment sounds like a much better way to go and I'll add that to my execution strategy. I look forward to much success this year ('05) using your Six Step method! I'll surely keep you up to date.

Thanks,

Alexis,
Thank you so much for your latest article, "The Magic Pill". You hit me right between the eyes. I would say that I was in the analysis paralysis mode for the last 3 months. You pinpointed my feelings of fear about talking to strangers. Only in the last 3 weeks have I been contacting owners in default. After doing it over and over, it is getting easier to do, though I need to kick up my numbers.

I just wanted to send you a thank you note and I look forward to the conference call on Thursday.

Take care,
Eric Roenker

Hi Alexis
I just wanted to send you a quick note to thank you for the wonderful three days of power learning that I went through with you. I am looking forward to applying your principles and make some deals. The lab was immensely inspiring and of course full of information. I will keep you posted as I progress and as questions pop up.

But for now, I am ready to take the plunge head first!

Cheers

Hi Alexis -
First, I would like to congratulate you on your excellent Mastering Foreclosures course. All the feedback from your clients on your site is right-on. The course is jam-packed with useful information.

I really value your honest, straightforward approach. It is quite refreshing as most of what I encounter on the Internet is "get rich quick" schemes with every other word in caps....

The thing that attracted me to the idea of doing preforeclosures as a business (the way you do it) was making a personal connection with people and helping them find a palatable way out of their troubles....

Thank you in advance for your time!

Regards,

Hi Alexis,
Thank you for your thorough answer and clarification on initiating conversations over the phone with homeowners. I was one of those investors who would say "public record" stuff at the beginning, and I always felt uncomfortable with that, but knew of no other alternative.

Your approach is so logical and practical and it will just take some practice on my part to not talk so much. That's my big problem--saying too much. But your Six Steps course is getting me straightened out on that!

Best regards,

Hey Alexis:
Since your Lab, I ended up buying 13 homes in '04. I sold 8 for a net of approximately $420k after all expenses (except taxes). I have 5 in process now for another $250k projected net. I am proud of our increased efficiency and profitability. My team is doing great helping me find, process and fix the homes. Unfortunately, I am the weak link in the machine. It's my work ethic. I am the prospector and negotiator -- however, I love to ski, dive hike, mt. bike etc....... and I'm easily side tracked. I could do lots better w/ increased effort. Oh well, it looks like another banner year here anyway!

Alexis, thank you for helping me get to this point. I wish you and your crew an awesome '05.
