. Pre-MLS insider REO deal, paid $210,000, fixed and sold it quickly for $345,000, netting $42,000 personally, without using any of my own money.
2. Another REO, paid $242,000, fixed and sold for $349,000, netting $52,000 for my investor and myself. Again, I did this deal without any of my own cash.
Words of Wisdom: Just do it! I spent too long before I jumped in. I studied this market for a year and I’m convinced it’s not going to get any riper than it is right now. The deals and money are out there (I’ve found a private investor, just like Alexis said). Once I listened to Alexis, it only took me one month to land my first deal! Get the home study, join the monthly mini lab calls, and do what Alexis says… and ignore the rest. She will absolutely show you the way!

I am emailing with you the update for first quarter so far. 11 flips closed for the year so far. 4 currently under rehab.
I wanted to give you some exciting news. I am doing a rehab with one of the people I met through your webinars. We just bought a property with him for $ 110K. $ 28K in rehab and we have it under contract for $194K. From the time of purchased the property to the time we got it rehabbed and under contract 37 Days. We will net out $ 41K after all costs.

I am a full time Civil Engineer who did 3 REO deals using what I’ve learned in your "Seven Steps" Systems. This has been amazing.
I was working with my buying agent to make offer on REO and Short Sale property in a popular part of CA. I don't recall how many offers we wrote, but none of them got accepted. A few months later, I revisited Foreclosures.Com (first time in 2005), signed up your

After listening to your programs, you give me a lot of confident and knowledge that I could be able to call back the REO listing agent and make another offer. It did not take many calls to get my offer accepted. I closed my first REO deal in April 2009 and got in contract for resale after a week without any fixup. I made a quick $25,000 profit!
My 2nd REO deal, I called the same REO agent and closed on another deal in October 2009. With a minor clean up I was be able sell it in only one week. I made $35,000 profit! My 3rd REO deal was same method and closed in February 2010. After some clean up, the property is now on the market and I will net around $20-$25,000 profit again!
