Foreclosure Sites to Avoid   Last Updated: 10/9/2009

Note: Foreclosures.com no longer provides a list of sites to avoid.

ALERT - BUYERS BEWARE:

Not all Foreclosure property sites are the same. Be careful as to where you obtain your Foreclosure lists. PLEASE READ "How to Use Your Foreclosure Lists for Profit!", and "Are HUD Homes a Bargain?" articles for more information.

TO FILE A COMPLAINT:

If a seminar promoter, email promoter or infomercial has victimized you, contact your local Better Business Bureau (BBB) and the Federal Trade Commission (FTC) Bureau of Consumer Protection. The FTC does not resolve individual consumer problems, but your complaint helps them investigate fraud, and can lead to law enforcement action.
