Hi Alexis,
Since the Lab, I'm still working it in parallel with my engineering business. I almost dropped my clients entirely as I was putting my efforts into the process of learning. I have been at the brink of discouragement and then would find a deal. Thank goodness for Coach Tim! ONE-ON-ONE Coaching Will Begin with one Phone Session before the Lab (if you order early) and then immediately following your completion of Alexis' 3 Day Lab .
Your own Personal Coach so you have one person who is committed to understanding you and your specific needs.
Gung Ho Premium Coaching: 13 week Intensive to your second deal and beyond.
13 Week Intensive One-on-One Phone and Email Support by your own Personal Coach.

What You Can Expect:

YOU and YOUR COACH will roll up your sleeves and get to work together on YOUR INVESTING BUSINESS.

Intensive work on Overcoming Objections with neighbors, relatives, owners, REO lenders and Realtors.
Help you Determine the Right Resale value in a declining market and profit potential for your own deals.
Role Play and Prepare You for your own client and agent offer negotiations.
Help you Write Your Own winning and purchase contracts.
Help you find Money Partners so you can earn quick finder's fees or fund 100% of your purchase and repairs with hard money lenders.
Help you Build Your Team of contractors, agents. mortgage brokers, title companies and more.
Walk you through a Short Escrow Closing
Help you Price and Estimate Repairs on your own Resale Properties.
Provide you with Invaluable Lifelong Negotiating, Buying and Selling, Skills and Knowledge.

A Group Conference Call. (You won't have to listen to questions from folks who are not quite as bright as you.)
An Inexperienced Investor (who is hired to read from someone else's play book).
