Student Feedback I am buying houses. I sold one in January and have 3 in the pipeline. I think I may be getting another under contract as well. The banks are finally getting real. In fact, some banks are actually listing houses low enough that investors are bidding up the price. I may also get a short sale purchase. Yes, you read that right.
