Since late September, I have been researching and making offers on REO’s. Two of my offers were accepted on Christmas Eve and a third was accepted on January 13th.

All 3 of them are being done primarily with hard money, and all 3 were bought exactly how you taught in your mastering home study and mini-lab calls. Thank you.

Combined profits should be $75,000 – $100,000 on the 3 properties. All 3 are closing by February 17…I was listening to mini lab step 7 in preparation of placing them on the market by March 1. I’ll keep you posted.

Jim Cramer indicated that the Inland Empire (Riverside, San Bernardino, Fontana, etc) is positioned for explosive growth. I intend to take full advantage of that.
