I use this site DAILY to do a “quick check” on the activity of my owner in foreclosure. It is very useful when your owner has only one property, or when your owner has an uncommon name.
DO NOT use this information to substitute a condition of title report by your local Title Insurance Company. (Read more here)
Please read more about “What’s in a Title Search” before you use this site.
| How do I use this web site to search property records? |
| This web site is divided into two main sections which may be used together to obtain your desired information The Public Records Online and Property Data Store : | |
| 1. The Public Records Online Portal is a listing of web sites to government sources that may have searchable databases online. | |
| This is a good starting point to finding information, as some might be available for free.
Note: We do not maintain the databases that are linked here – if you have trouble you will need to contact that web site directly. |
|
|
2. If the County web site does not have what you are looking for, you might find what you need in our Property Data Store. We have several products that may not be available from the county. |
|
| Use both sections of our web site together to find the information you need.
For example, search for document ID numbers at the county web site, then input this in the store to obtain a document image. A Frequently Asked Questions section is located heredescribing our products, prices, coverage, and more. |
