"I am a full time Civil Engineer who did 3 REO deals using what I've learned in your "Seven Steps" Systems. This has been amazing. I was working with my buying agent to make offer on REO and Short Sale property in a popular part of CA. I don't recall how many offers we wrote, but none of them got accepted. A few months later, I revisited your website, signed up for your free webinar - that was the best. I ordered the your Mastering homestudy and mini lab webinars that night. After listening to your programs, you give me a lot of confident and knowledge that I could be able to call back the REO listing agent and make another offer. It did not take many calls to get my offer accepted. I closed my first REO deal in April and got in contract for resale after a week without any fixup. I made a quick $25,000 profit! My 2nd REO deal, I called the same REO agent and closed on another deal in October. With a minor clean up I was be able sell it in only one week. I made $35,000 profit! My 3rd REO deal was same method and closed in February. After some clean up, the property is now on the market and I will net around $20-$25,000 profit again! Mr. Gee, a scientist for a medical devices firm, and Ms. Huynh, who is studying to become a financial analyst, plan to spend $125,000 on the house before putting it back on the market in the high $400,000s. "Alexis, Lab mate Amy Crosslin and I have been working together on properties in Phoenix. We have 2 homes under contract and they will be ready to go on the market in 2-3 weeks. Here is an outline of what we have done so far: Purchase price on 1st house $45K for a 3/2 with 1500 sq ft with diving pool built in the mid 70's. Repairs will be $40K. Sell price to be around $130K. Should make about $40,000 before our split. 2nd house purchased for $65K for a 3/2 1100 sq ft house built in the mid 70's. Repairs at $25K. Sell price to be around $125K. About $35,000 profit in this one and Amy only wanted a finders fee. My goal is to rehab 4 more homes this year and then try to do the same or a few more next year. "Alexis, I was a part-owner in a graphics company prior to coming to Lab. I am now a full time foreclosure investor. What drew me to Alexis was her white knight approach which suited my style. I invested in her homestudy (then one month later her Lab) because I knew it would be the quickest way to jumpstart my foreclosure business. What changed significantly for me from Alexis is my confidence is extremely high. I know that if I follow the plan, I will have success. I did 2 deals my first year G one a wholesale flip from another investor, the second a subject to deal from a homeowner. I sold each for $27,000 and $22,000 profit. I followed Alexis instructions to the letter and came away with profit at or above 15% on each deal. I did 8 more foreclosure deals. The first 3 I did quick resale's, putting $30,000, $25,000 and $20,000 in the bank, netting 18-22% profit on each deal. The next 5 I kept for rentals, netting $350-$475/month cash flow on each (over $2100/month in total). I am on target to do another 8 deals, with 2 deals done with $26,000 and $40,000 profit on each, and 2 more deals pending. My Words of Wisdom to Investors: "Forward momentum creates its own opportunities." My first deal came because I starting doing the things exactly as Alexis taught me in Lab. This positive activity created all my purchases. Also, be patient. Don't pull the trigger on a deal that's outside of what Alexis teaches. Listen to Alexis and her Coaches. They will make sure you don't risk losses and only work the profitable deals. Even if you don't have your own money, what they show you to do to fund your deals works perfectly"
