"Hello Alexis, I just wanted you to know that I have been going through your Mastering Homestudy CD course that I purchased just before Christmas (a Christmas gift for myself), and I am very happy that I found you and your services. I have always had the extreme desire to be a real estate investor but even though I tried, it seemed that nobody, no guru, would lay out a logical reasonable plan for me to implement. Most of their materials were pure fluff or they conjured up wow sounding schemes that sounded good, but a newbie just stood there like the proverbial deer caught in the headlights. I think that they did this to make us feel stupid and that it wasn't their fault we didn't get it, and maybe we needed to purchase the next level of courses to really understand. Almost twenty years ago, I started reading Robert Allen and many of the gurus to avoid on your website. I even joined Charles Givens. One Thing I noticed about almost all of these gurus that I attended is that most of them are pure marketing machines. They do the infomercials, free 1-2 hr seminars, but they are NOT the ones who actually show up to teach the seminar/boot camp. I think this is their "escape clause/exit strategy" when after you complain about the seminar/bootcamp...it wasn't them, it was their "associate" that did the teaching. Therefore, it was quite refreshing to hear your voice on the cd's and on the webinar the other day. You also personally teach the lab in a small setting so that you can really HELP the student. When I went to Givens boot camp (which he himself didn't even attend) there were about 500 to 700 people in the large banquet hall room for the seminar. You just left there emptier than before, but with foolish schemes on how to get properties and a BIG binder full of stuff that you didn't learn at the seminar but would at least make you feel that you got your money's worth. When I first received your package, because of this pre-conditioning that big binders equals value, I was a little surprised. But then I remembered all of the golden nuggets you freely shared on the website. I've listened to the cd's twice now in the car and on my Zen micro and I've learned so much. I am now going to sit down and go through them again this time with the computer so that I can read all of the web pages you've included. I truly feel that I can finally go out and be successful. I really appreciated that you stressed trust, ethics, relationships and learning the other important areas other than REI techniques such as sales (Jerry Vass, Tom Hopkins, Brian Tracy, etc.). In all of these years, I've never heard ANYONE stress such a fundamental thing! What you've taught me on those 8 cd's is more valuable that the thousands (yes, I mean THOUSANDS!) of pages from all of those big binders full of antiquated garbage that I've kept around to make me feel like I didn't waste my money."

I have studied every REAL ESTATE book out there....I have been on every foreclosure website out there...I am convinced foreclosures are the best way to go about it.....but, I didn't know exactly where to start......I had lots of ideas, but even more red flags.....I have my profits from the sell of my house.......some put away for future needs.....but I have my seed money......and I don't want to loose that...it is our future.
