"Alexis, Okay, here it is.... This owner I have been talking to for months called me yesterday and said he's ready to sell because he was scheduled to go to auction tomorrow. There is a ton of equity in this property but his credit is terrible and he's un-employed at the moment -- so no loan for him. Yesterday I did my research and then met with him to sign the deal, which he did. I then contacted the lender to get an extension to the auction so I could close, but they said no way. I kept asking to speak to someone else until I found the one who agreed to a two week extension. When all is said and done, I will net over $150,000 on this one alone. The reason I was so excited was because I didn't think the lender was going to cooperate on my extension. They called me back just 20 minutes before going on as a Panelist to Julys webinar... so I was excited that I was able to pull this off for the owner and yes, make a big profit in the process. Now I just have to get it sold which I don't think will be a problem. Whew! I think it's time for a vacation."

"RE: Lab Experience Summary Alexis, Here are the answers to your recent questions regarding our time together at the lab: It's hard to rank ALL of the important things I learned at the Lab, but I guess the top of the list how to open my mind up to process that fact that I can make a minimal investment with a seller in need of help and actually create a positive reality for everyone involved. It's an actuality (or at least the formula) of it that's made me want to get on the phone. Also, the Excel lesson was a bit intimidating, but you've held our hands as much as possible. I swear, I'm diving in..........as soon as I organize some more! (Just kidding.) ... My favorite part of the program is how you quote The Golden Rule from the get-go and focus on honesty, integrity, and altruism. And, of course, the amount of detail that you provide. Not that I enjoyed having a brain-ache at the end of each day, but..........the information, from the audio program to the hands on help, is amazing. It definitely separates the men from the mice! And after the first day, sister.....I was craving CHEESE! What I would change? As much as I HATE to admit it, it would be phone time. Did I just say THAT? I think the role play was very helpful, but the real phone time was character building. More could never hurt. Oh.....also.......you might consider providing a new pair of shorts for everyone to change into after being forced to make those first calls! I was really looking forward to hearing from your Prot+¬g+¬s on the dinner call. But, Daryl White saved the day and was a great mentor to us. Helping us role play and giving great advice. I'm thrilled to have him in my area. What an asset! Thanks again for everything. May the Grim Reaper class help the most people! How ironic........"

"RE: Re: foreclosures.com real or not My name is Bob Pratt... I, like many successful graduates of Alexis' teaching was skeptical as I had invested about $12K in training with other Guru's and wasn't thrilled about shelling out more. I bought the Cd's from Alexis and I was hooked. I called and booked the Lab that day. What Alexis teaches is the nuts and bolts of foreclosure investing but that is like saying GM builds cars. Alexis teaches fairness and values that I believe are lost in business today, sadly. To be able to sit in front of an individual that is days from being homeless and save their life basically is very powerful and wonderful. I am not going to tell you that every deal goes smoothly as sometimes it takes people time to recover and see the value of what you have done for them. Let me end this by saying I have done 10 deals since my lab in August 05 and I have made money on every one. The most I made was $95K and the least was about $20K. I have found a niche that I can now make about $40K a deal and I hope to do two a month. Best of luck with your decision."
