It was so much easier to talk to the owners and get in touch with them if I spoke to neighbors or family members first. My favorite parts... First, I found the feedback and support while making live-calls from both you and the coaches to be worth every penny of this lab course. The positive feedback and your explanation on how you would've handled the phone call were invaluable to me. This is why I think the coaching program is the natural and perfect evolution to the next phase of foreclosure investing process. Secondly, I found the limo tour and home evaluation indispensable. "Hi Alexis, I am passing along this email story to you because I thought it might be of value to your students. Something they can take home with them along with what they will learn from your "3 Day Lab". If I hadn't taken your "Mastering Foreclosures" and then "3 Day Lab" I would not have been in a position to have purchased my deal. As you taught me to do, I attended an auction one day and met a realtor there and told him what I was doing. About a week later he calls me up with a house that he had a pocket listing on and would I like to submit an offer. I ended up purchasing the property, fixing it up and reselling the house for a $20,000 profit. But the best part is, I was able to sell the house to a first time home buyer. A true win-win situation. If I hadn't met you and taken your training none of this would have happened. And my Coach Tim was there through it all for me. On a personal note, your training has helped me build confidence in myself in speaking with people. The fear of speaking with people without stumbling over my words, which I had expressed to you when I attended the "3 Day Lab" has subsided quite a bid. It is easier now having general conversations but I need to continue to work on my listening skills and my asking questions skills. Tim and I are working on that. "Hi Alexis, It was great to meet and learn so much from you at the lab. The most important things I learned was how to talk to people on the phone with regard to attitude and tone. What to say and how to play ping-pong to stop them hanging up. Also, what objections to expect and how to handle them. I also now have a much better picture of what it will take to succeed and an action plan to go with it. My favorite part of the program was listening to you live on phone calls. For me the role playing was even more valuable than the real calls because we don't all get those great live calls for different reasons (time of day where we are calling, # of calls we dial, how long we can keep them going) Question & answer session. Meeting your staff especially Jim who is a great PR person. All the fabulous food (you really look after us). The hotel was great and I kept wanting to find time to swim or take a walk round the lake. Alexis, you and the coaches did an incredible job of covering such a lot of information. You all really tried hard to leave nothing out and even lectured through lunch! You gave us so much detail way beyond the CD's and even insider secrets (truly priceless) that really demonstrated how much you really want us to succeed.
